Respond to 1st level requests
Issues logging and escalation to relevant departments
Identification and escalation of urgent situations
Interaction with users and co-workers
Ideal candidate will have at least basic technical skills at user level and good understanding of Microsoft office and Windows operation system. You will be advanced English speaker and customer oriented with good communication skills. You will not mind working 2PM - 11PM shift.
