For our significant international client we are looking for suitable candidates for a position of HR Support Agent with German and English.
Your new role
Taking, investigating and resolving transactions on the Help desk. Logging all transactions to the system, escalating, referring or closing calls as appropriate and resolving enquiries within agreed time frame. Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, such as colleagues, employees and managers. Work with other team members and share knowledge on various topics. Explain and apply HR policies and procedures to advise and guide managers and employees. Cooperate with external parties (e.g. benefit providers) as a result of various questions or transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking candidates with passion for HR. You need to speak German and English, you should also be customer oriented, communicative and open minded.
