HR and Payroll Administrator

Your new company

We are currently looking for HR Admin/ Payroll for our client – international manufacturing company with office in Prague 6.

Your new role

Handle a variety of HR administration related tasks such as HR document management, keeping up employee records in HR system, advising employees and managers with different administrative procedures.

Handle monthly preparations for payroll closing by e.g. checking attendance details and other payroll related documents together with rest of the team.

Supporting in onboarding process e.g. by arranging induction days for new employees and giving presentations about company and their ways of working.

Supporting exit process when an employee is leaving the company e.g. by supporting managers and leaving employee with all needed papers and other information.

Supporting managers and employees with their local questions and guiding them to correct place to get their topics solved. Supporting in internal people related communications e.g. by preparing newsletters and presentations. Participating to different HR and People related development projects as a project team member.

Starting date: ASAP
Location: Prague 6
Contract: 12 months with possibility of extension

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year previous experience in HR and Payroll administration. We are looking for a Czech/ Slovak native speaker and you need to be fluent in English – both verbal and written. Attention to detail, knowledge of guidelines and procedures is a must.
