Your new company:
An international pharmaceutical company located in Prague 9 is currently hiring new members to join their multicultural Credit and Collections team.
Your new role:
The main purpose of your job will be to provide professional and focused services to customers and optimize the client’s cash flow. The agenda includes collecting current and overdue invoices and reaching customers, you will also be responsible for all collections activities on the assigned portfolios and also for review of customers’ credit reports.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in CC area (or skills from customer service and financial background)
- Fluency in English (and possibly fluency in French)
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Basic knowledge of Order-to-cash processes
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, system SAP
- Professional, customer-oriented approach
