As the business rapidly grows we are looking for a passionate Key Account Manager who will join our team. Nowadays IT Contracting is an attractive solution for both mid-sized and corporate companies. Hays has wide experience abroad already so let’s help us to develop successful business locally.
As Key Account Manager your main task will be to develop and ensure the long-term partnership of our clients in IT area.
• You will be responsible for developing new clients and long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers and working in a close cooperation with our team of recruiters
• You will be in charge of finding decision-makers of potential clients in IT area in the Czech Republic (95 % Prague) and you will use telephone conversations and personal presentation meetings to acquire them as our client
• You will collect open positions/projects from new and existing customers and you will match these with the appropriate IT specialists in cooperation with the recruitment team
• Through active relationship management and comprehensive support, you will ensure an ideal and smooth placement process for both your customers and IT specialists
• You will conduct contract negotiations with customers in a professional and successful manner
• You will be a competent contact person for your customers
• You have a university degree
• You are interested in IT world and are willing to gain such experience
• You enjoy working in the sales area and have a special interest in convincing people with facts and value propositions
• You have a performance- and success-oriented personality with an entrepreneurial spirit striving to increase the growth of the company together with the team
• You are determined to make successful business with major customers
• You are a self-confident person with diplomatic skills and sales talent
• You communicate in a professional way not only on the phone but also in personal meetings with decision-makers
