Our client, the prominent law company with numerous offices all around Europe and Asia is seeking an IT Support with Czech and English to join their Prague team.
You will be responsible for providing high quality first line helpdesk support to our users in Prague and Bratislava offices, assisting them with hardware and software problems via desk visits, remote access, phone and email. You will diagnose and resolve all IT related issues including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, telephone, scanning, printing and all related technologies in cooperation with office operations team and respective suppliers. Also you will closely cooperate with the second line support and possibly third line support with the central IT teams based in the UK, London, including training and retreats.
You are a perfect fit for this position if your Czech and English is on a communicative level. Also you should be accurate and customer oriented person with 3+ years of experience in Helpdesk Service & support/helpdesk environment. You should have the basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration and exposure to Windows 7 & 10 and Office 2010. Knowledge of ITIL Framework would be an advantage.
