Main Responsibilities: Event Management
Support event planning activities by providing administrative, logistics and follow up to manager and team members
Under the supervision of manager, execute the organisation of events with internal stakeholders and external vendors, partners
Responsible for event preparation, implementation tasks such as organising travel, accommodation, booking meeting rooms, securing promotional purchases, indirect sponsorship invitation process, producing promotional materials
Manages all administrative steps in accordance with management guidance, GSOPs, SOPs
Serves as the key contact for the Event manager/owner and main stakeholders such as BU Managers, Global partners etc throughout the event period.
2-3 years event management experience
Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools, process, techniques
Competent with full suite of MS Office tools
Fluent in English, each additional language is an advantage
Prior work experience in international companies is an advantage
Knowledge of medical device industry and compliance is an advantage
Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and is team oriented
Willing to travel within Europe to support Events
Salary range is 50 – 55K
